No More Shiny Roofs
Shiny or reflective roofs are not allowed in our subdivision. This applies to both new homes and remodels. Recently, a house was re-roofed with a shinny gold roof that reflects sunlight towards the homes above.
ACC did not received before this work was done. Our simple review process is designed to catch problems like this before they happen.
