How do Filing 1, 2, 3 & 4 Relate?
Meridian Lake began as a subdivision of 4 filings in 1973. The covenants and bylaws, which govern Meridian Lake Park Corporation (MLPC), apply to all of the filings. The first two filings were developed by William Lacy.
The third filing was developed by Henry Gallin, as Meridian Lake Meadows, in 1995. The fourth filing was developed by Alan Wolff, as Pristine Point, in 1997. Both Meridian Lake Meadows and Pristine Point have their own covenants and bylaws.
As a result, owners of property in Meridian Lake Meadows and Pristine Point are members of MLPC as well as their own owners' association.
We are all also members of the Mt. Crested Butte Water and Sanitation District and the Crested Butte Fire Protection District. Gunnison County has a contract with the town of Mt. Crested Butte to supply law enforcement in our area. S. Green
