Construction at Meridian Lake Park has been steady over the past decade and with Meridian Lake Meadows coming on stream 12 years ago. Pristine Point has seen several houses completed in the last 7 years.


There are no new building projects in progress in the Meadows, none in the Park and none in Pristine Point.


Last year saw 2 projects started and 2 completed this year, 2009.
